What to write about
Where is my order?
Send us your order number and we will pass on the shipping status. If you have an account you can also follow it from My Orders. Build and shipping times are on the Delivery and Shipping page.
Engraving and personalisation
Engraving text is entered in the personalisation field on the product page while you order. If you mistyped it or want to change the wording, write to us straight away; we can still correct it as long as the piece has not gone into production. The product page shows which pieces can be engraved.
Commissions
We build pieces that are not in the catalogue: a different size, a corporate gift set, a wedding present. Send the idea, the rough dimensions and a reference image if you have one, and we will work out feasibility and price with you.
Returns, exchanges and damaged deliveries
If a piece arrives damaged, write to us with photos of both the box and the item. The full terms are on the Returns and Exchanges page.
Corporate and bulk orders
For corporate gift sets and bulk orders, email info@rustikatolye.com with the quantity, the pieces you have in mind and your deadline.
