Seated on a small wooden chair, bent over his bağlama, lost in his own song: a bard. Neşet fits the soul of Anatolian folk music into a desktop figure: the miniature bağlama has a pale wooden face and a reddish bowl, real strings, and a blue tassel swinging from the tuning head. When the single filament bulb at its head lights up, it looks as if he is sitting through the night with his saz.
Chair included
The figure does not sit on a base but on a handmade little wooden chair, one leg stretched forward and the other bent. Its body is built from dark pipe fittings, each part keeping its own texture.
