What is a rustic table lamp?
The body is assembled from cast-iron pipe fittings and the base is cut from solid wood. What separates it from a factory lamp is that the parts are fitted one at a time and the wood is finished by hand: a vintage workbench, an industrial pipe and a warm Edison bulb meeting in one piece.
Organiser lamps
Part of the series does more than light the room: a phone rest, a book compartment, bays for pens and keys. They are made for a desk, an office or a bedside table. On these models the surface the phone rests on carries a monogram: the initial engraved large, with the full name set across it.
Choosing the bulb and the wood
The bulb shape sets the character of the light: Globe spreads it softly, Tubular is more focused, Pear sits between the two. The wood comes in three finishes: Shou Sugi Ban, Ebony and Dark Walnut. The switch is on the socket itself, so you never reach for the plug.
